NEOBANKSTER · LEGAL
Terms and Conditions
Effective 15 September 2026 · Last updated 15 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-15
These Terms govern access to and use of Neobankster’s websites, accounts, waitlist, newsletters, research and payments-intelligence platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Neobankster provides news, research, datasets and tools about payments, financial technology and digital assets. During pre-launch, registration joins a waitlist and does not grant access to the reviewed catalog. Access may be approved, limited, changed or withdrawn. Features and availability may change as the Service develops.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 and legally able to agree to these Terms. Give accurate information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share private access or attempt to bypass a waitlist, entitlement or administrative control.
Informational purpose; no advice
The Service is for general informational, research and comparative purposes. Nothing is financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, a recommendation, solicitation, offer, endorsement or guarantee. Digital-asset and financial products involve risk. Verify information independently and consult qualified advisers before acting.
Data, scores and editorial material
Sources, definitions, methodologies and observation dates matter. Supply, transfer value, trading volume and payment volume are different measures. Information may be incomplete, delayed or become outdated. A score or classification is a research assessment, not a credit rating or prediction. Editorial coverage does not imply a commercial relationship with a company mentioned.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person;
- interfere with security, access controls, infrastructure or other users;
- introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities without written permission, or access private data without authorization;
- scrape, copy or automate access in a way that ignores technical controls, violates law, creates unreasonable load or republishes a substantial part of the Service;
- misrepresent Neobankster data, remove source or rights notices, or imply our endorsement.
Intellectual property and permitted use
The Service and its original text, design, software, compilation and presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless a page states otherwise, you may view and use the Service for personal or internal business research. Any broader reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation or derivative database requires prior written permission. Third-party material remains subject to its owner’s rights.
Third-party services
Links and references may lead to services Neobankster does not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. Your dealings with them are governed by their terms.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or others, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive will continue after termination.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Neobankster disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted availability, results, indexing, traffic or fitness for a decision.
To the extent permitted by law, Neobankster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity or goodwill arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Changes, severability and applicable law
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version and date. Material changes may receive additional notice. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms are governed by the law that applies to Neobankster and your use of the Service, without removing protections you have under mandatory local law.
